The IEEE Hyderabad Section’s Skill Connect Program is all about which is a unique initiative, called the ” Skill Connect Program” for Engineering Colleges.
The aim is to enhance the competence of the students while they are in college, and build in them skills that the Industry and Employers look for. This includes building an ability in each of them, to build simple applications, and in the process enable them to “learn to learn”. It enhances their self confidence, their communication, apart from their technical ability to apply and deliver.
The unique approach known as “Pattern Based Competence Building” has shown that due to becoming more competent in a very measurable way, students potentially perform well in interviews and in their career.
